Automated, real time & industry standard

Calls are automatically executed in real-time via a Bluetooth connection to each of the test phones, each call result is reported immediately and logged in the BluGem database.

BluGem calls are timed accurately utilising the networks layer 3 time-stamp, in accordance with industry standards . GPS timing alignment is also utilised to ensure call timing accuracy of the independent BluGem Call Data Records.

Providing the whole picture

After successful completion of the test calls, BluGem import the corresponding Operator Call Data Records into the BluGem database. We then reconcile all call events to ensure that all Operator CDRs have been created at the switch and are metered and rated correctly.

Pin point accurate reports

The BluGem system identifies revenue leakage and validates call completeness through independent testing to reveal:

• Network call result statistics, including cause code results for failed calls
• Lost or missing CDRs from the switch or billing platform
• CDRs with incorrect switch call durations
• CDRs with incorrect switch call start-times
• CDRs that are unbilled or incorrectly rated
