Our belief in our product also allows us to offer customers a Proof of Concept testing service, where we visit a customer site and perform a live system demonstration executing calls on their network.

If the customer provides us with the test call corresponding Call Data Records then we can also reconcile and rate the CDRs, providing a short report detailing the Proof of Concept call results and any potential leakage areas.

This is a short-term testing service fully managed by our technical team. It can used for service assurance tesing for NGN/core network upgrades, or for revenue assurance with full CDR and rating reconciliation. Our trained consultants will manage the day-to-day operational testing and provide concise reports detailing the call completeness results and any revenue leakage patterns.

A full test call generator solution that includes all hardware and software, training and maintenance support.

This offers the opportunity to hire our full system over short or long periods without any long-term financial commitments. This is a very affordable method of call testing as the customer manages the day-to-day system and we will deploy, train and provide full system support.

This is appropriate for customers who prefer our technical team to be responsible for the day-to-day management of their system, within the confines of a clearly defined Service Level Agreement.
