We believe in our product and so we offer customers a short POC testing service. We will visit a customer on-site and perform a live system demonstration executing calls on the Operator’s network. If the customer provides us with the test call corresponding CDRs then we can also reconcile and rate the CDRs, and provide a short report detailing the POC call results and any potential leakage areas.
This is a short-term testing service fully managed by our technical team. It can used for service assurance tesing for NGN/core network upgrades, or for revenue assurance with full CDR and rating reconciliation. Our trained consultants will manage the day-to-day operational testing and provide concise reports detailing the call completeness results and any revenue leakage patterns.
