Rating verification has become a key goal for network operators due to increasingly complex and varied tariffs, promotions and discounts. BluGem’s independent Re-Rater system provides rating verification across all tariff trees including a sophisticated bundle hierarchy feature.

The system provides independent rating reconciliation to identify unbilled network CDRs without the need to execute live test calls.  Large volumes of rated network CDRs are imported into the BluGem system, the CDRs are re-rated utilising BluGem’s independent rating engine.
