It is time to lace up our running shoes and do some training for the annual Barnstaple 10K run, which takes place on 8th June. BluGem sponsors the event, which raises money for Care for Kids North Devon, a charity that supports families with children needing extensive medical treatment, both in hospital and at home. It is also a good excuse to stay fit and active, with our own team taking part (but probably not competing to finish first). We have no excuse – the course goes right by our offices!
