ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Our team at BluGem believes in maintaining the highest standards of quality in everything we do, including working to compliance with ISO 9001:2015, the global standard for quality management systems. We recently engaged with British Standards Institution (BSI) to handle our external audits achieving certification at the first iteration and were praised for having some of the best practices the auditors had seen across our quality system implementation and processes.
ISO 9001:2015 compliance means our customers can be assured that our services will be delivered to achieve or exceed expectations while in parallel we work to continually improve our products and business practices. This mantra is present in our testing where accuracy and precision of every measurement we take and test we perform is what makes us stand out in this sector. From byte accurate data tracking, deep packet inspections and timing accurate to < 100ms over a large global footprint, you can be sure BluGem has got your testing covered.
The considerable work that went into demonstrating compliance will largely be invisible to customers, because we have always delivered the best services we could and have continually driven the business and it’s products forward since it was founded in 2005. That is why our customers are so loyal, with some remaining with us from the beginning. However, when any prospective new customer asks for reassurance of the quality of our services, we can also provide an ISO 9001:2015 certificate to prove our systems have been audited and verified.
